class ImageMandelbrotSource(*args, **kwargs)

Create an image of the Mandelbrot set.

Added in version 0.44.0.

Parameters:

whole_extentsequence[int]

The extent of the whole output image.

maxiterint

The maximum number of iterations.

Examples

Create an image of the Mandelbrot set.

>>> import pyvista as pv
>>> source = pv.ImageMandelbrotSource(
...     whole_extent=(0, 200, 0, 200, 0, 0),
...     maxiter=100,
... )
>>> source.output.plot(cpos='xy')
